Trading since 2014, starting out as an electrical contractor. Now a full in-house trades team — electrical, plumbing, joinery, building, void turnaround and responsive repairs — delivering directly-managed trades across Greater Manchester and the surrounding region. Big enough to take on the full scope of a contract, small enough that you're still dealing with the same people every time.
We keep our operation lean, directly managed, and accountable, from RAMS to completion certificates. Electricians and data installers by trade — structured cabling and networks sit alongside our building and maintenance work as an in-house capability, and we work as a sub-contract delivery partner within larger framework structures as well as responding directly to housing providers through Dynamic Purchasing Systems and framework panels.
